The James Island location is hands down the cleanest one I’ve been too. Cameron is a great asset to the company!

I've been a client of this salon for 5+ years.  It is clean, typically quiet with short waits, if any, and most of the beds are nice and/or new and work.  Any problems I've ever had have been with corporate. Some of their billing and hold rules are, in my opinion, quite unfair.  A bed will stay broken for lengthy times before fixed.  But the employees do their best and always do every they can to accommodate. The current manager, Cameron, is pleasant, efficient and professional.  I always feel very welcome and comfortable there!
